Privacy Policy for the App “Drive Right”

2. Data Collected and Purpose

“Drive Right” uses Unity Ads to display advertisements within the app. Unity Technologies may automatically process the following data:

• Device information (e.g. operating system, language, model)
• Usage data (e.g. interactions with ads, gameplay behaviour)
• IP address (e.g. for geo-location)

This data is used to provide, fund, and improve the app.

On iOS devices, an ATT prompt (App Tracking Transparency) is displayed. Device-level identification for personalised advertising only occurs with your explicit consent.

3. Legal Basis

Processing for non-personalised advertising is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in funding the app through advertising). If you consent to personalised advertising, processing is additionally based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

For users in the United Kingdom, the equivalent provisions of the UK GDPR apply.

Data transfer to the USA is based on the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the data protection authority in your country of residence.
