Terms of Use for “Drive Right”

1. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to the use of the mobile app “Drive Right” (hereinafter “App”), operated by Alexander Nuss (apps@alexandernuss.de).

2. Licence

By downloading the App, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for private, non-commercial purposes on iOS devices.

3. Prohibited Use

The following actions are prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of the App
• Use of cheat tools, hacks, or other means to manipulate gameplay
• Commercial exploitation of the App or its contents without express consent
• Removing or circumventing advertising

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App, including graphics, sound effects, code, and the name “Drive Right”, are owned by Alexander Nuss. Use of the App does not constitute a transfer of these rights.

5. Advertising

The App is funded through advertising via Unity Ads. By using the App, you consent to the display of advertisements. For details on data processing, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”. I make no warranty regarding uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health.

7. Changes

I reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the App after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
